See our Q & A

Can you offer expedited freight services where I am located?

We offer expedited freight services anywhere in the United States. We operate in the lower 48 state and we also offer air cargo and air charter services most points in Alaska and Hawaii. Our broad coverage means we typically can pickup your freight within two hours of you committing or have a vehicle ready on demand to meet your deadlines. Our air charter services depend on your nearest suitable airport and current aircraft inventory available, meanwhile air cargo services will be from any major airport and we’ll also take care of the ground leg.

How quickly are you able to ship my freight?

The majority of the freight that we manage is time-critical freight and our clients either have little notice and need an urgent solution, or the shipment may be in production or repair and needs on demand shipment. As a result our entire approach revolves around saving time. For ground freight services via trucks and vans we have carriers that can typically pickup freight within 90-120 minutes regardless of your location. For all expedited air freight services timing is more contingent on flight schedules and pickup deadlines with the exception of air charter services. We’ll explain all options with you in detail.

Do you own your own trucks?

No, we do not own any trucks, vans or aircraft. We work with a nationwide network of carriers that specialize in exclusive use vehicles on the ground or the provision of dependable air cargo or air air charter services We manage your freight and provide you access to special rates in both cases that are tailor made to your unique situation.

How can I pay for your expedited freight services?

We require that all first time customers make payment full prior to shipment by credit card via our secured payment gateway. The receipt is issued immediately and the carrier will be instructed to dispatch the agreed and reserved vehicle upon completion of all paperwork such as the rate agreement.

Do you track our expedited freight when it is in transit?

During the day and for shorter freight runs we’ll monitor your freight in real time to make sure we are running on schedule and advise you of any issues if they occur. For longer point to point freight and overnight freight we have the option to provide satellite tracking for all of our expedited ground solutions. Air Charter services are monitored throughout. Air Freight services are based on the schedules of our providers so there is less real-time data. .

Can you guarantee delivery time?

We are not able to guarantee delivery times but instead provide realistic transit time estimates that we then expect to meet or exceed. We’ll monitor your shipment throughout and quickly communicate any unexpected delays if they happen to occur.

Can we establish credit with you/pay on terms?

For all first-time customers payment for expedited freight services must be made prior to shipment via credit card. For ongoing shipment and regular clients we can submit your business for credit approval checks, if approved we do allow terms to be established. For more information please contact us and we will work with you when possible.

What does Expedited Freight mean?

Expedited Freight, in general, refers to the most urgently needed freight and typically applies to for commercial freight moving from business to business. Expedited Freight services employ the fastest possible available transit options, on the ground the freight will typically travel in a dedicated vehicle and go directly from point A to point B by the fastest route possible to save the customer hours and sometimes days in normal freight transit time. Expedited Freight services can also include air freight and air charter services when deadlines or distance mean that ground transportation is not the fastest solution.
